I contacted the seller to say that I received these trousers but the jacket (another order) had not arrived yet.. they ( Julie - Bike Wear Direct) quickly got back to me and did a check to say that the carrier has definitely got it and to let them know if anymore problems had occurred.

The seller (Bike Wear Direct) sent his item via amazon and amazon passed it onto Royal mail. For some reason it didn't arrive with the trousers that were ordered under a different order number, even though the tracking on the day showed the item to be at the local delivery depot, (very strange).. but the next day it arrived when I was out and my neighbour kindly kept it safe for me.

couldn't fault seller problem free return , do not order size above as people say , size was generous however returned as item was well made but so thick heavy and warm i would not describe it as summer wear .
