We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of your purchase. All returns will be processed with 2 working days upon receipt at our warehouse.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In their original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging
- Important: When returning your item, please ensure it is placed inside suitable outer packaging (such as a box or mailing bag). Do not stick labels or tape directly onto the product packaging, as this can damage the item and make it unsellable.

Do you offer free returns?
Sorry, we do not offer free returns. All returns labels will be deducted from your refund at a cost of £3.99. For any other questions regarding returns, please contact us at cs@texpeed.co.uk.
Damages and Issues
If your item is damaged or has an issue, please email us with a description and photos. We will respond within one working day.

If you are returning an item from within the EU, you have the option to use our convenient prepaid return label service. By using the link below, you can purchase a prepaid label at a discounted rate, typically 10-20% cheaper than arranging a return directly with a courier. Simply follow the link and instructions provided to complete your return using this service. This option is provided for your convenience and is not mandatory; you are welcome to use another courier of your choice if preferred.
