Exchanging for a different size

Sizing is the most common reason for a return, and we make it easy. The quickest way to get the right size is to:

  1. Order the size you need straight away, so it doesn't sell out while your return is on its way back.
  2. Return the original item through our returns portal (see below). We'll refund it once it arrives.

How to return an item (UK)

  1. Start your return on the Texpeed UK Returns Portal using your order number and email address.
  2. Print your label. The £3.99 cost is deducted from your refund.
  3. Pack your items in a box or mailing bag. Please don't stick labels or tape directly onto the product packaging.
  4. Drop it off and keep your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

Return conditions

Items returned for a refund or exchange must be:

  • Unworn and unused, and free from odours, marks or damage
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • In their original packaging and in a resaleable condition

You're welcome to try items on indoors to check the fit. Items that have been worn outside or show signs of use may not be accepted, or may be subject to a deduction.

Refunds

We aim to process returns within 2 working days of them arriving at our warehouse, and we'll email you when it's done. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us with a description of the problem and we'll reply within one working day. You won't be charged to return a faulty item. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Texpeed-branded products also come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing faults.

Your legal rights

This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights. Under UK consumer law you have 14 days to cancel an online order after receiving it, and you're protected if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Our 30-day returns period gives you longer than the legal minimum.

Returns from the EU

EU customers can buy a discounted prepaid return label, typically 10–20% cheaper than booking directly with a courier, through our Texpeed European Returns Portal. This is optional, and you're welcome to use any courier.

Bought on Amazon or eBay?

Please return your item through the marketplace you bought it from, so your refund can be processed on that platform.
